Valid driver's license is required.
Person signing rental contract must be 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent.
It is mandatory that all riders come to Deep Creek Scooters LLC to receive proper training and sign our liability release before riding.
We recommend all renters to arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation.
We recommend that all person riding where a DOT approved helmet (provided) and protective eyewear. We also recommend closed toe shoes and ankle length pants.
Damage deposit of $100 paid in advance must be paid by cash/check; walk-ins may use a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
Prices do not include 5% State tax and 4.5% Amusement tax.
Gas is not included.
No refunds for inclement weather or customer's change of plans.
No alcoholic beverages or drugs allowed while operating the scooter.
Breakdown time is built into rental rates. After notification of breakdown, rental will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to substitute a different rental, price range according to advertiised price.
Lessee assumes responsibility for the rental unit and any personal injury and/or property damage while rental leased.
Renters of scooter returned unreasonably dirty will be charged a cleaning fee of $30.00.
